Cable Containment Manufacturing
Before we can ensure you have the right products delivered to site, they first need to be manufactured. As a result, we’ve developed our own cable containment manufacturing facility to cover many of our key components. We’ve also developed efficient storage solutions that, for example, allow us to store cable tray sheets flat, which we can then fold into our finished product within 40 seconds. It means we can store more product to ensure a consistent cable containment supply while avoiding any delays in product delivery to site. For many customers, we’re able to provide Just In Time manufacturing delivery solutions.
Not only do we produce all our core product ranges, but we also supply all the ancillary support pieces such as fastenings, rods, trapeze kits and suspension systems. We can also, through our bespoke fabrication services, design and produce custom solutions to site specific or safety issues.
In addition to our in-house manufacturing, we’ve set up supply arrangements from local partners, backed with strict Service Level Agreements. Where possible, our steel is sourced within New Zealand, further reducing the risks that come from imported product and shipping delays.
